• "Automated Response System" refers to the system that processes and responds to incoming WhatsApp messages

3. Service Description

app2email provides an automated response system for WhatsApp Business accounts. The Service enables businesses to automatically respond to incoming WhatsApp messages through their registered WhatsApp Business number.

4. Account Registration

4.1. Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be a legally registered business entity
• Have a valid WhatsApp Business account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4.2. Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Service Terms
